Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
RyderGrowth ("we", "us") builds AI systems for service-based businesses, like call answering, text follow-up, chat and appointment booking. This policy explains what we collect when you use rydergrowth.com, why, and what you can do about it. If you have a question, email ryder@rydergrowth.com.
What we collect
What you give us. When you fill out the form, we collect your name, phone number, business name and trade, and email if you add it. We also collect your answers to the form questions (like how many leads you get, where they come from, and your rough monthly revenue) and the numbers you enter in the calculator. If you book a call, the booking tool collects your name, email and the time you pick.
What we collect automatically. The page you were on, which ad or link brought you here (campaign tags in the link), your browser and device type, and the date and time you submitted. We also record that you agreed to be contacted, and the exact wording you agreed to.
How we use it
- To call or text you about your request and the call you booked
- To prepare for your call, including testing how quickly your business responds to a new inquiry
- To see which of our ads and links bring in people, so we spend our ad budget well
- To keep records of your request and your consent
Calls and text messages
By submitting the form, you agree that RyderGrowth can contact you by call or text at the number you entered about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing isn't a condition of buying anything.
We don't sell your phone number, and we don't share your mobile information or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies to tell Meta when someone visits the site, submits the form or books a call, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. When you submit the form, some of your details (such as name, phone and email) are scrambled (hashed) in your browser before being sent to Meta to help match the visit to an ad. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy.
You can control this:
- Change how Meta uses your data for ads in your Meta Accounts Center ad preferences
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
- Opt out of interest-based ads through the Digital Advertising Alliance
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the services that help us run the business:
- Meta: ad measurement, as described above
- Make.com: passes your form submission to us
- Calendly: schedules your call if you book one
- Slack: where we get notified about new requests
- Our web host: serves this website
We don't sell your personal information. We may share it if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we're talking with you or working together, and for a reasonable time after, so we have a record of your request and consent. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we have to keep it by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Email ryder@rydergrowth.com and we'll take care of it.
Security
We use reputable services and limit who can see your information. No website or online service is 100% secure, so we can't promise absolute security.
Children
This site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
