Who am I working with?
Me, Ryder. I come from the trades and I've done electrical work, so I know how service businesses actually get their customers. You deal with me directly, not an account manager.
What happens on the call?
It's 20 minutes. Before we talk I call and text your business like a homeowner to see how fast you get back to leads. On the call I show you what happened, which systems fit your business, and what it costs. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you.
What does it cost?
There's a one-time setup and a monthly fee. You'll hear the exact price on our first call, not after three follow-ups. For most installers and roofers, saving one job covers it for more than a year.
Is this only for solar and roofing?
No. Solar and roofing are my focus, but the same systems work for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, detailing and most service businesses. Everything gets written for your trade.
Will it sound like a robot?
No. The texts are written for your company and sound like someone from your office. If a homeowner wants a real person, it hands them straight to your team.
Do I have to switch software?
No. I connect it to the phone number, forms and calendar you already use. If you don't have a system for leads yet, I set one up.
Is texting leads legal?
Yes, when the lead agreed to be contacted. I make sure your forms have the right consent wording, and anyone can text STOP at any time.
